Compensation social ex-convicts 

1. Causing subject

Anyone imprisoned for being homosexual through the enforcement of the Law of July 15, 1954, modifying Ley de Vagos y Maleantes [Law of Idlers and Vagrants] of August 4, 1933, or Law 16/1970, of August 4, on Dangerousness and Social Rehabilitation, modified by Law 43/1974, of November 28

2.1 The causing subject

2.2 In the event of death: The beneficiaries of this compensation will be the spouse of the deceased person, if they were not legally separated or in the process of separation or annulment of marriage, or, as applicable, the person that had lived with the causing subject in a similar type of relationship to that of spouse for at least two years prior to the moment of death, unless they had had common descendants, in which case mere cohabitation will suffice

3. Amount of the Compensation

  • From one to six months: 4,000 €
  • From six months and one day to less than three years: 8,000 €
  • Three years or more: 12,010.12 €
  • For every three additional full years as of three years: 2,402.02 €.

4. Incompatibilities

Payment will be compatible with other aids, provided that they have not been granted for the same reason.
